Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours in 2002. She has worked as a senior occupational therapist/hand therapist in the public and private sectors gaining extensive experience with babies and children with trauma-related injuries, congenital hand conditions, and those with developmental concerns relating to upper limb function.
Rebecca is an accredited hand therapist and a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association. She has held lecturing positions at the University of Sydney in the Upper Limb and Hand Rehabilitation unit, including lecturing on hand therapy for babies and children. She is the primary researcher in a current clinical trial looking at reducing splinting time for children with finger fractures. Rebecca loves working with babies and children and devising individualised treatment programs based on the child and family’s needs.

Sarah Baxter

Sarah graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2000. She has gained extensive clinical experience in treating paediatric upper limb conditions through her work in private practice, NSW health and the NHS in England. Sarah specialises in treating congenital hand conditions, hand trauma and developmental issues related to upper limb function in babies and children.
Sarah is an accredited hand therapist and a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association. Sarah has been an invited speaker at a National Hand Therapy Conference speaking on her experience in treating flexor tendon injuries in babies and children. She is a keen researcher and is currently involved a clinical trial looking at reducing splinting time for children with finger fractures. She provides guest lectures at the University of Sydney on hand therapy for babies and children. Sarah is passionate about using her extensive clinical experience to provide the best treatment for her paediatric patients and their families.

Briony Zadro
Occupational Therapist
Briony graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney. She has worked in the hospital, community, and school-based settings delivering Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families.
Briony has extensive experience working with children and young people with neurological and physical disabilities including cerebral palsy & developmental delay. She is experienced in the assessment and intervention of fine motor skills, visual motor skills, handwriting difficulties, school readiness & equipment prescription. Briony has a particular passion for everything self-care – dressing, toileting, feeding, as well as working on executive function skills such as planning, organising and prioritising.
Briony loves working alongside young people and their families to reach their goals, no matter how big or small, using a family-centered approach. She aims to empower individuals and their families

Erica Sze
Occupational Therapist
Erica graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She has experience in working with children and adolescents with diverse diagnoses including Global Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, genetic conditions and learning difficulties.
Erica has delivered individualised interventions targeting fine motor skills, handwriting, self-care skills, play and social skills, as well as facilitated group programs with a focus on school readiness and life skills. Being proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Erica also volunteered teaching culturally and linguistically diverse children in community.
Erica has a great interest in upper limb function especially in the area of fine motor skills and hand therapy. She enjoys working closely with children and their families to enable achievement in meaningful goals in a fun and creative manner.
